Hello, I’m Lindsay Dotzlaf.
I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of coaching—not just as a coach but as someone whose life was profoundly changed by it. Before starting my coaching business in 2015, I spent over a year working one-on-one with a coach, exploring every aspect of my life. That journey made me a different friend, partner, mom, daughter, and business owner. It taught me to be kinder to myself, set wild goals, and embrace my imperfections.
As a result, I’ve dedicated my career to helping coaches excel in their craft. Through years of running the “Coaching Masters” mastermind and founding The Coach Lab in 2022, I’ve supported coaches in developing the foundational skills necessary to elevate the industry’s standards.
