We will overturn every rock, find the parts and pieces of your business that you LOVE, imagine what the other pieces could look like, and make a specific plan to create your vision.

All while making sure it blends seamlessly with the business you are running today.

This could be anything from some small shifts and strengthening your current process to a complete 180 overhaul.

Over our nine months together, my goal for you is that you step further into your identity as a business owner, feel more in control, have a better understanding of how to adapt to the shifts that WILL happen, and fall more in love with your business than ever.

Hey, I’m Lindsay Dotzlaf.

I’m so happy you’re here.

Perhaps you found me from the Mastering Coaching Skills podcast or you’ve been in The Coach Lab for a while just waiting for this more advanced offer (or maybe you’re brand new to my world! Hiiiii!) – however you found me, I’m thrilled you did.

I have been a coach since 2015 (side note, almost 10 years blows my MIND), and I have never felt more driven to help coaches create businesses that not only fill that drive to help the other humans, but are also fun to run.

This reimagining process has happened for me a couple times over in my business. Three times to be specific. Once when I went from being a general life coach to honing in on a niche helping coaches be excellent at what they do, once when I launched The Coach Lab and had to figure out how to run a business with hundreds of clients in one program, and once right now.

Over the last 6 months or so I have been reinventing my business, my brand, and myself as a coach – some of which you may have noticed, while some is happening behind the scenes.

Over the years I have changed my niche, created a foundational skills program for coaches from scratch, launched a successful podcast that has become my main client funnel, surrounded myself with incredibly smart mentors and coaches, rebranded, reimagined, and most importantly – I have been on a journey to always have a business that is client centered and that I LOVE to run.

I have slowed down, intentionally made less money, reorganized, reimagined, revved up and gone all in – basically, if you can name it, I’ve done it.

And I can’t wait to help you do the same.

A 9 MONTH HIGH LEVEL MASTERMIND

This is a 9-month, high-touch coaching experience curated with the more experienced coach in mind. This space is NOT a deep dive into one area (creating more sales, etc), but a holistic look at everything that goes into running a business. Because your business doesn’t happen in a vacuum; every decision you make effects the whole.

Inside Reimagine we will dedicate a month to each topic including: Offers/structure, Marketing, Selling/Copywriting, Content Creation/Value, Branding/Visibility, Time/Schedule/Structure, and Client Delivery

Weekly calls are Wednesdays Noon ET. Our first call is the 16th of October 2024 and our last call is the 16th of July 2025.

Offers/Structure

Maybe your current offer/offers served you and your clients really well, but you can see some small changes are needed OR maybe you have a brand new offer on your heart that’s ready to make its debut.
It’s time to reimagine. We’ll evaluate your existing offers, keep what works, and innovate the rest – making sure to maximize value and impact.

Marketing

You are putting value into the world through different streams, possibly including social media, podcasting or YouTube content, newsletters, paid ads, etc.We will examine each marketing channel you are currently using and create more of what you love/what’s working, PLUS choose something new to explore if it makes sense.

Marketing is where a LOT of business energy goes – let’s make sure to maximize the impact and return on this energy!

Selling

If marketing is putting all of that value into the world, selling is asking for the sale (and just like marketing, there are many ways to do this).Let’s make sure the methods you are using align with your values AND create results. We will dig into your sales process and copy, see what’s working, make some adjustments, and learn some new practices.

Content Creation

Consistently create high-quality content that resonates deeply with your clients is a big part of successfully running an online business. We will examine all sides of this from how you are doing it now (and what’s working) to creating a content schedule that works for you to digging into your creative genius (and that of the group) to re-energize what you are putting out in the world.

Branding/Visibility

How would you describe your current brand? Is it possibly ready for a glow-up? Could it be more cohesive? Maybe you want to create new branding for a new offer? Need a branding sheet to give to contractors? Let’s do it.

Calendar/Schedule/Structure

Let’s examine how you work now – your daily schedule, monthly/yearly calendar and ask ONE question – how is it working for you?

We will determine your ideal schedule (you know – the one that works for you, the way your brain works), plus take into account any preferences (like taking the summer off or having extended breaks to travel) and create a plan that you love and can grow into over time. That thing that feels impossible right now – we can make it happen.

Client Delivery

Last but not (ever) least – your clients. Let’s make sure they are getting the results they hire you for AND love working with you.

Happy clients creates a business that feels great and runs smoothly.

We will create/edit your methods for collecting feedback and testimonials, check in on your process, and streamline where we can.

Each month we will follow this basic structure:

WEEK 1

2 Hour Audit Call

We take the monthly topic and reimagine it – we identify the dream versus what it looks like now, and create a plan to get there, identifying any obstacles that will need solving, any decisions that need making, and what you will implement now versus what you will plan for in the future.

WEEK 2

1 Hour Identity Call

We look at your identity and beliefs about yourself and reimagine them. We dream and coach around who you have to become in order to run your business exactly the way you imagine it. We dig up those new beliefs and start to practice them and solidify them into being.

WEEK 3

1 Hour Open Coaching

We will use this hour to coach around anything that has come up in week 1 and 2 around your new structure, strategy, or beliefs.

WEEK 4

1 Hour Business Coaching

This is the week to get coaching on absolutely anything pressing in your business, on or off the monthly topic.

Coworking call

This will be an additional call each month (aka outside of regular call time) for the sole purpose of getting together and working, co-regulating, asking questions, getting feedback, and cheering each other on.

*BONUS* calls

On occasion we will also welcome a guest expert who will pop in with expert guidance, coaching, or strategy on the topic of the month

Live Event

I love being with my clients in person. Period. So call this selfish, or call it the most amazing reason to get together and have a week focused solely on you, your business, and your dreams – we will gather for 4 days full of content creation, teaching, coaching, and FUN. A little over halfway through our time together we will gather and work on what we have been learning. The focus will specifically be content creation and copywriting.

Remember earlier when I said I have been in business for almost 10 years??

I credit part of this to making sure I’m surrounded by friends, colleagues, and mentors that cheer me on and are always in my corner.

You can expect this in any space I run, but especially in Reimagine.

The group will stay small on purpose (10, up to possibly 15 max if everyone is a great fit), which will allow for plenty of opportunity for connection, while being small enough to make sure no one is overlooked.

And the magic that is often overlooked about group spaces – not only do you have the group to root for you and lift you up, BUT when you do that for others, it can significantly decrease the amount of time you spend in your own head if/when those doomsday thoughts pop in. (Ask me how I know! Lol)

Live Event in Palm Springs

4 full days of learning, relaxing, working, and having fun.

We will use 3 days to work on content and create assets you can use in your business for months (or years) to come.

It will be part teaching, part copywriting, part coaching, part workshopping, and all fun.

The vibe will be laid back, retreat style. There will be structure and lots of work getting done, with plenty of spaces for walks, talks, food, and filling your extra time with whatever fills you up.

Lodging and partial food will be included. You just have to get yourself there and the rest will be handled (besides a couple dinners that you will be responsible for because I don’t want to plan every second of your time, and I want you to be able to explore the area)

Dates: week of 2/17, exact dates coming soon

Location: Palm Springs or someplace similar – think warm and retreat friendly, with good food and plenty to explore! (Palm Springs is the goal, BUT I won’t get the house until we have a final head count, and rentals can be limited there)

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this mastermind only for coaches?

While the program is designed with coaches in mind, any seasoned entrepreneur looking to elevate their practice and business will find immense value here.

What if I can’t attend the live event?

The live event is an incredible part of the program, but I understand life happens. Due to the structure, a virtual option will NOT be available. Alternative solutions for content feedback will be made available, but will not equal the level of support and connection you will receive in person.

When are the weekly calls?

Our weekly calls are scheduled for Wednesdays at Noon ET. These calls will cover various topics and provide a space for open coaching and business strategy discussions.

Is this for beginner coaches?

This mastermind is tailored for experienced coaches. If you’ve been in business for a while and are looking to reimagine and elevate, this is for you. BUT don’t let this scare you away – if this is what you’ve been looking for but are scared by the word “experienced” – let’s chat!

When are the co-working calls?

Co-working calls will be an additional call each month, scheduled outside of the regular call time, and may vary month to month. These calls are not required, but are there for additional support for those that like that type of work space. A full schedule will be sent before our first call.

Why do I have to fill out an application?

Applications allow us to ensure your business is a great fit for the structure of the program, plus give you a space to ask questions and set up a call with Lindsay if desired.Participants will be selected on a first come/first served basis. The applications will be reviewed one at a time in the order they are received.

Does my business need to have a certain structure in order to join?

No. Any structure is welcome. Due to the approach we use in Reimagine, it will work whether you are selling courses, groups, programs, 1:1 coaching, or a hybrid model.

Does it matter what my coaching niche is?

No. In fact, niche diversity in the room is a huge bonus in this case. Just like thought diversity, coaching style diversity, etc – having a mix leads to innovation and new ideas for everyone and keeps the space from turning into an echo chamber of copycat businesses.
